On 8 August 2026 we marked four decades of unity, culture, heritage and strength.
Thank you to everyone who came and celebrated our 40th anniversary with us on 8 August 2026.
Forty years ago, nine Abbi sons and daughters met in a house in Kilburn and agreed to meet every month. Today Abbi Community UK is UK wide, with members meeting in London, Birmingham, Peterborough, Manchester and beyond.
We shared our souvenir magazine, which honours our founding members, and our plans for the Abbi Cultural Heritage Centre.
